The House of Representatives just passed a gun control law 227-203 on Thursday. The bill criminalizes face-to-face sales of firearms, forever touted by Democrats as the “gun show loophole.”
To sell your extra hunting rifle to your brother, you’ll now be required to go to a point-of-sale location and have them perform a National Instant Criminal Background Check by the FBI.
The legislation is labeled, H.R. 8 and is being waved around as having “90 percent” popular support.
This bill passed the house in 2019 as well, however the Republican controlled senate turned it down. The new Democrat majority senate means that the bill could become law this time around.
The eight RINOs who voted in favor of blocking your Second Amendment rights are:
Vern Buchanan of Florida
Brian Fitzpatrick of Pennsylvania
Andrew Garbarino of New York
Carlos Gimenez of Florida
Maria Salazar of Florida
Adam Kinzinger of Illinois
Chris Smith of New Jersey
Fred Upton of Michigan
Fitzpatrick, Smith and Upton not only voted for the new gun control measure, but sponsored it.
