AOC Attacks Biden Over Immigration Policies

Despite the Biden administration arguably “serving” as the most leftist administration in American history, Biden is apparently still not progressive enough for “The Squad.” After all, he’s managed to get AOC squawking in just a few weeks.

In a strangely satisfying way, it is rather nice to see her take aim at the present administration rather than the former administration, for once. Especially when AOC is shredding Biden over immigration, which is highly ironic for more than one reason.

Not only is she shredding Biden almost exactly the same way that she was shredding Trump, she also is coming across as vastly more consistent than Psaki, who apparently cannot remember anything aside from her continuous crutch of endlessly “circling back.”

AOC, on the other hand, apparently does not need to circle back at all, given that she is frankly more predictable now than Biden, which is borderline scary.

“This is not okay, never has been okay, never will be okay — no matter the administration or party.” [Source: The Blaze]

Gotta give AOC credit where credit is due, and right now, she sounds more sane and less biased than the fake news media. Unfortunately, AOC’s “policies” remain rather extreme, however consistent they seem to be.

“Our immigration system is built on a carceral framework … It’s no accident that challenging how we approach both these issues are considered ‘controversial’ stances … They require reimagining our relationship to each other and challenging common assumptions we take for granted …

It’s only 2 [months] into this admin & our fraught, unjust immigration system will not transform in that time … That’s why bold reimagination is so [important].” [Source: The Blaze]

Well, between the “carceral framework” and “reimagining our relationship,” AOC sounds more like she belongs in a university than in Congress. Then again, AOC is one of the few Democrats openly lambasting Biden now, which is frankly a bit of a relief in comparison to the fake news media’s worship of Biden.

Though her “bold reimagination” is not exactly what the United States needs, based on her recommendations below.

“DHS shouldn’t exist, agencies should be reorganized, ICE gotta go, ban for-profit detention, create climate refugee status & more.” [Source: The Blaze]

As asinine as these policies are, it would be difficult to accuse AOC of inconsistency. After all, she has repeated statements to this same effect since 2018, and her position has changed little since then. Which contrasts rather strongly with the Biden administration, whose silence and lack of transparency makes “The Squad” seem less frightening.

Which means the United States should be very frightened.

Nonetheless, it is borderline rewarding when she refuses to excuse Biden like the fake news media, which almost leads one to wonder whether or not AOC may find herself “cancelled” for daring to question King Biden.

Whether or not AOC ends up cancelled, it is highly satisfying to read her remarks on immigration now, if only because she assails Biden in a way that fake news won’t.

Well, gotta give AOC credit for her rather unapologetic assessment of the present situation with regard to Biden’s administration.

And while abolishing ICE, abolishing DHS, and abolishing pretty much everything else is clearly straight out of leftist land, one does need to appreciate the fact that not even fake news media can drown out AOC left.

Kind of makes one wish one that AOC herself may show up for another one of Psaki’s bumbling press conferences (really, silence is quite golden in some cases, such as Psaki’s). After all, it is unlikely that AOC will give up as easily as effectively muzzled fake news reporters.

At the same time, recognizing some sanity in AOC, at minimum in terms of consistency, illustrates just how perilous the state of affairs within the United States truly is …
